Time Commitment – October 17th

Location –  You will need to be at Woodland Hills on the night of the Carnival.

Description – An evening where teachers create game stations for students to participate with their purchased tickets. Pre ordered Chic-fil-A will be available for dinner along with some concessions.  Parent volunteers are needed to help organize the event, including food orders and getting food to the school, advertising for the event, helping it run smoothly. Help will also be needed that night with of selling tickets for the game stations and for concessions

Time Commitment – One night in January

Location – Woodland Hills

Description – A fun night of playing Bingo, eating some simple concessions and enjoying time with friends and family. Volunteers will be needed to organize this event. Will also need help selling the bingo cards and concessions

Time Commitment – October 4 & 6

Location – The Coordination of the meals can be done at home. We  will need volunteers to be at Woodland Hills on the night of the dinner to set up

Description – Provide dinner to the teachers to eat on the night of parent teacher conferences. Volunteers needed to organize and help with providing meals

Time Commitment – one week in the spring.

Location – Woodland Hills

Description – A simple week for the students and parents to recognize and thank the teachers for their commitment throughout the year. Volunteers needed to organize events for the week and to help with the events
