Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on October 20 and October 22. Conferences are a great opportunity to connect with your child's teacher, discuss progress and goals, and learn how you can continue supporting your student at home.
Please check with Woodland Hills or your child's teacher for your individual conference time.
Woodland Hills PTO is also preparing a taco bar meal for our teachers and staff during conferences. Families will have an opportunity to help by contributing food and supplies through our SignUpGenius.

Tired of entering school events into your phone one at a time? You can subscribe to the Woodland Hills PTO Google Calendar and have our events appear right alongside your personal Apple Calendar.
Our Events & Calendar page now includes a step-by-step Apple Calendar tutorial, a copyable calendar subscription link, and a video walkthrough.
Once subscribed, events such as Fall Carnival, Warrior Run, PTO meetings, restaurant nights, conference dates, school closures, and other important dates can appear automatically in your calendar.

The countdown to the Woodland Hills Fall Carnival is on!
Join us October 26 from 5:00–7:30 PM for games, prizes, food, drinks, our silent basket auction, carnival novelties, and a fun evening with the Woodland Hills community.
Families will be able to pre-order:
Ordering ahead helps PTO better plan food, drinks, and supplies for the evening and helps families spend less time waiting in line.
We will also be posting SignUpGenius opportunities for games, concessions, setup, cleanup, and other volunteer needs as they are finalized.
And keep an eye out for our Carnival Novelties — the fun, classic prizes that make a carnival feel like a carnival!
The Woodland Hills PTO Teacher & Staff Grant Program is officially open and accepting requests for the 2026–2027 school year!
Woodland Hills teachers and eligible staff may request up to $250 per grant to help provide additional educational resources, classroom materials, enrichment opportunities, special projects, and other approved items that directly benefit Woodland Hills students.
Grant requests must be submitted before making a purchase. Requests are reviewed by the PTO Board based on available funds, the purpose of the request, and how the purchase will benefit students.
Not sure if your idea qualifies? Submit it anyway or contact the PTO. We love creative ideas that help our Warriors learn, explore, and grow.
Woodland Hills PTO's Community Partner Program gives local businesses, organizations, families, and community members the opportunity to choose exactly where they would like their support to make an impact.
Community Partnership opportunities support programs and events such as:
Partnership opportunities are available at a variety of contribution levels, allowing businesses and community members of different sizes to participate.
Depending on the partnership selected, Community Partners may receive recognition through our PTO website, social media, newsletters, event signage, school communications, on-site opportunities, and more.
Most importantly, our Community Partners help create experiences, resources, and opportunities for Woodland Hills students and staff.
